Progression in play
CB to start with the ball again, his touch triggers the number 11 to move inside.
This time the number 11 looks to set the number 3, with the number 10 becoming a 3rd man runner and attacking the space in behind.
Can the number 10 try to cross the ball, but if not he could turn out and look to set the number 3 who would then cross the ball first time into the area for the players to attack

Include defenders -
RB needs to follow the winger inside to allow the overlap to happen, but then can he get back in after the pass? Other 3 defenders to defend as normal - defending the front, middle and far post of the goal.
If they clear the ball they have to squeeze and run to the white line as quickly as possible, getting the defence used to this movement to take into match days (This is not happening at the moment)

Ball starts with CB, CB's first touch is the trigger for 11 to move inside (11 should start wide and movement is inside)
The pass into the number 11 is the trigger for the number 3 to begin an overlap and attack the space left.... 11 is to set the ball to number 10 who play the ball in behind into the space for the number 3 to run on to
9 & 11 to attack the ball, number 10 is to go on the edge for a potential cut back.
9 to attack front post and number 11 to spin and attack centre of the goal, as in a game the opposite winger would be attacking the far post
