Oganization: Yellow cones out 20M by touch lines, red cone 1M before half.
Duration: 15 minutes prior to game
Instructions: Player A passes to either C or D to attack together to goal. Player B comes out to defend, player A runs back to help defend.
Players A and B must decide who to defend so they are both not chasing the ball.
Rotation: A and B switch with C and D.

Organization: Starting gate out 3M from goal, set up enough gates to have lines of 4-5 players. Second cone out at half.
Duration: 15 minutes prior to game
Instructions: Players lined up behind starting gates, ball at first player. Ball is passed backward, over/under to last player who passes it between everyones legs back to the front. First player dribbles out and around cone and Passes it back to the next player. After players have gone they return to sit beside their line. Continue with the last player dribbling around the cone and bak to score on goal.
Run once as a demeonstration then have races.

Organization: Cones placed 10M and 15M from goal line, lots of extra balls beside nets
Duration: 15 minutes prior to game
Instructions:Player C starts at half and receives a pass from A and shoots from behind yellow cones, then receives a pass from B and shoots behind red cones.
Rotation- C becomes Keeper, Keeper to A, A to B, B to C.
