Organization:
As shown. 2 teams
Instructions:
- Coach plays new ball into area.
- Defending team sends 2 defenders to try to win the ball and play back to their own team for a point.
- Attacking team attempts to complete 5 passes consecutively for a point.
- If ball exits playing area, coach plays new ball into opposite team's area.
Coaching Points:
- Mentality to go and press the ball (1st defender).
- Distance between defenders (2nd defender).
- When to press, when to block forward pass.

Organization:
- As shown. 1v1 to targets.
Instructions:
- Attacker looks to play from one target to another for a point.
- Defender looks to win possession and do the same.
- If ball exits playing area, game starts with a target player and plays to player who should be in possession.
Coaching Points:
- Protect space behind, see both the ball and your opponent.
- Can you intercept pass?
- Can you prevent the turn?
- Can you prevent the player on the ball playing forward should he be able to face up?
- When / How to tackle.
Progressions:
P: Targets can play from one to the other directly.

Organization:

- Should the field have keepers, keepers will play as both keepers and servers.
Instructions:
- Ball starts with the target of the team in possession.
- Attackers play 2v2 to goal with the target nearest the goal they're defending.
- Play for 1 minute, change roles as a team.
Coaching Points:
- Protect space behind, see both the ball and your mark.
- 1st defender principles (intercept, prevent turn, prevent forward pass, where to force).
- 2nd defender principles (block penetration, distance to 2nd attacker).
- Transition from one defensive role to the next.
- Transiiton to attack.

Instructions:
- Game is played as normal.
- Should ball go out of play or a goal is scored. Ball will come from coach's feet immediately.
Coaching Points:
- Transition to defend (rest defense)
- When to drop (no pressure on ball, space behind).
- When to press / squeeze (backline).
