Organization: multiple 20*10 lanes. Three players per lane (two on the end lines, one in the middle). Each holding a yellow and green cone. Two balls per lane (one with each end line player).
Activity: basic passing exercise. One player in the middle works for 45 seconds. Outside passes to middle and back. Proceed through the following progressions:
1. Check the shoulder prior to receiving.
2. See the color, call the color.
3. See the color, call the color, dribble around the cone of the color called.
Coaching Points:
1. Quality of the pass.
2. Quality of the first touch.
3. Scan whilst the pass is made. Adjust to the flight of the ball.
4. Positive first touch around the cone (progression #3).
5. Check over both shoulders.

Organization: Set up two, 20*20 grids. Four mini goals - two on each end line. Supply of balls on the outside.
Activity: 5v2. Blue attacks 5v2. Initial objective is to simply keep possession. 10 passes 1 pt. Red look to win the ball and play to the coach or target player on the outside. Switch roles every two minutes.
Progression:
The four mini goals are in play - blue looks to score.
Coaching Points:
Proper angles and distance of support.
Open up - pass to back foot.
As ball moves - wide players provide width (disperal front and back).
Patience on the ball.
Recognize when to penetrate - through, around or over. If not, then look to switch the play.

Organization: 50*40 field (Quarter field at PG). Supply of balls along the outside and in the goals.
Activity: 2 teams - Play 7v7 (including GK). LOTG apply, including retreat line. Each team plays 1-2-3-1. Perhaps some coaching over, but otherwise allow for free play. Award an extra point for every successful attempt (even if just wide) or shot on goal (even if saved).
Coaching Points: Reinforce key factors and objectives from the session.
