Description - grid into thirds, 4v2/1v1/3v2. ball starts off in 4v2 area, 5 passes are needed to then able to move into the middle. at this point the player with the ball can use his man or continue running with the ball to get the final third, repeat in different direction. can move onto a target game/small sided game (inc. nets)
Technical - can we create space to recieve the ball, awareness of space created to then take a good first touch, can we get our head up and run into space with the ball, good touches infront of us using the laces, end product can it be to continue running/dribbling or pass acccurately/shoot/cross to produce a goal scoring opportunity.
Tactical - make is as hard as possible for the defenders to predict what is going to happen.
Physical - good cardio workout/coordination/speed with/without ball
Psychological/Social - good for decision making/spatial awareness/good communication needed

technical warm up (30 mins)
Description- technical warm up with many progressions. to start in opposite lines simply run with the ball to the opposite end then pass the ball off to player waiting and join back of que. next once player has passed the ball off they have to jockey the player running with the ball
backwards back to where they started from. repeat. finally run with the ball then play through cones to opposite line. repeat.
Technical - good first touch into space, good fast touches with the ball using laces towards target.
Tactical - be positive when attacking
Physical - good cardio workout/speed with ball/acceleration
Psychological/Social - aware of space/good decision/use of both feet
