Ball Mastery A (25 mins)

Organization:

Set up 4 Grids

Time:

2.5 Minutes each side

Progressions:

I) Player 1 Passes to player 2. Player 2 Rolls the ball twice with left foot. Performs V-Tap around first yellow with left foot, then performs Opposite drag around second yellow with right foot and then continues to roll with left foot around red cone and then dribbles back.

II) Player 1 Passes to player 2. Player 2 receives with sole of foot and performs 4 Sole Drag Catch, then attacks yellow cones and performs La Croqueta through the two yellows and continues around red cone and dribbles back.

III) Player 1 Passes to player 2. Player 2 rolls the ball forward towards player 1 with the Sole of their foot and then performs a Fake Pass, and then performs a Hook around the red cones and then attacks the yellow cones and performs a Roll Chop through the two yellow and then stops the ball at the red cone and performs a Scoop turn and dribbles back.

IV) Player 1 Passes to player 2. Player 2 take touch into space towards yellow cone and performs a Cruyff with the right foot once they pass the first yellow cone and then catches the ball with the right foot and performs a Roll Flick over the first yellow and then takes a second touch over the second yellow cone and then stops the ball at the red cone and performs a Scoop Turn.

Organization:

Each player needs 4 cones and a ball ( If numbers are to crazy then adjust to only two cones or even just open space. May not be wise to set up a grid for every player)

Time:

1-2 minutes each exercise (Switch feet or direction half way through)
