Organization:
- Area 25 x 25 yards
- Players pair up with a ball each
Procedure:
Player A passes the ball between player B's legs. Player B chases the ball and once it is touched the game is live. Players objective is to dribble the passed ball back to the static ball that is back where they came from. Every time a player scores the girls switch roles

Organization:
-20x20 area (adapt for numbers/age/ability)
Procedure:
Players split into 4 groups. Player starts by dribbling their ball towards the center cone and performs a move (pull back, outside cut, inside cut, rolls etc) Players rotate between their dominante and non-dominante foot.
Progressions/Variations:
Add passing. Go to different lines.

-Awareness of ball, space and other players

Organization:
10-12 players. Players to be split into 2 teams of 5v5 or 6v6. The field will be approx. 25x20m (adapt for age/ability/numbers)Teams can score in any of the cones (Red cones)
Procedure:
The team in possession of the ball look to score by dribbling through any of the red goals. Players must have ball under control to score the goal. The coach should look to encourage players to find space and when in possession look to beat an opponent with any of the moves previously taught.

Dribbling Technique (15 mins)
Organization:
Players are divided into 3 or 4 groups and placed in a 20 x 20 yard area. 1 ball per group.
Procedure:
Players move around the area using type of movement dictated by coach: running, backwards running, hopping, skipping, etc. Players throw the ball to each other using a variety of techniques: overhead throw, under-arm throw, chest pass, 1 hand throw under opposite leg, American football snap
