Organization:

Instructions:
Red team tries to get through a gate while the blue team has to go through the opposite gate at the same time.
Coaching Points:

Organization:
Five triangles set up in a 40x30 area
Each player wears a pinnie in preparation of the end game
Instructions:
Blues pass into White and follow pass to become new player in triangle. White player then takes ball and looks for a new triangle to pass into.
Coaching Points:
- Connection (eyes) and Communication (Hands, Voice)
- Quality of pass (Accuracy, Weight)
- Receiver on toes
- Quality of first touch (Direction, Weight)
- Scan the field before receiving the ball
Progressions:
- When the ball comes into the triangle the touch must go out of a different side.
- Different methods to receive (Inside and Outside)
- Allow the ball to run across your body or through your legs
- Add in a defender who attempts to tag players outside safety of triangles

Organization:
Same set up as before
Add pug's to the left and right of three half fields
Instructions:
Players pass back and forth waiting for the coaches command. (always go to the back of their own line)
Players must take two touches to begin with.
When coach shouts go, player about to receive it can take a touch and try to dribble into a goal.
The last person to pass it must try and stop them scoring and score themselves.

Coaching Points:
- 3 Lines of attack, Defender, Midfield, Striker (make sure players roatate.
-Create as much space for player in possession
-Try to create a triangle at all to give good angle of support.
-Look to gaps to attack using Messi touches
-First thought is to go forward then if nothing is on, play back to start again.
Minimal coaching let games flow.

Instructions:

On coaches command, players leave their ball and do warm up activities around the area until the coach shouts go. On go, players return to find a new ball.
