Activity I (20min)
5v3 keep away dutch style with transition. Gray team keeps posession. If pink wins posession, Gray has to close them down and win posession before they exit the grid. Every time pink exits the grid, the gray team must perform sprints

Position specific transition/switch. # 1-5-3-8 switch with 6 - 7 for a cross for 9 and 10
Progression- pink starts with posession on a 5v2 to goal. Gray transtitions into counter attack switching point of attack
