Organization:

36x44 yard area - two penalty areas
3x 5mins reps
Instructions:
Groups play 4v4 in one area
Attacking group must complete at least 5 passes before playing into target player
Three players then transfer over to make new 4v4
Point is awarded for each transfer
Coaching Points:
1. Angles and distance of support
2. Abiility to find space and combine
3. Ability to hold when under pressure - body position
4. Entry pass into second area - movement of target player to receive and shield
Progressions:
Touches are limited to two or one touch
Increase number of passes to ten before entry pass can be made

Instructions:
Teams play 5v4 in defense half (attacking team uses GK to play numbers up)
The team must make 5 passes before playing through to striker
Three attacking players can join to support
Three defense players can recover to defend
Objective is to score after entry pass is made
If defense team wins possession the game re-starts in their half of the field
Coaching Points:
1. Width and depth to stretch defense group
2 Move the ball with a purpose to opening up entry ball centrally - short, short, long
3. Quaility to entry ball
4. Movement of striker and ability to receive under pressure
5. Quick transition to support and score quickly
Progressions:
Touches limited to one or two touch
