Structure::
A passes to B, B bounces the ball back to A. After bounce back B goes long around the cone and then leads out. A dribbles to the left and passes to B. After couple off minutes play bounceballs.
C and D do the same. Rotation A-B-C-D.
Pointers:
While going long have your stick almost on the ground and in front of you ready te receive.
While receiving feet should point forward to keep momentum.
Guide the ball in receive instead off stopping. If it makes no sound it's perfect.
First lead doesnt have to be at full speed. Turning at the cone should be an accelaration as that is the space you just created.

A passes to B, B bounces the ball back to A. defender C is in B's back the whole time. B either goes around the cone on the left or the right and C has to go around on the same side. B has to receive and go through the small goal. When B goes through the small goal defender D is allowed to move. c is still chasing. Goal for B is to pass the end-line.
Example on the left you can go from both sides.
Example on the right you go from one side to finish on goal playing a 2 vs 1 if you're fast enough or else 2 vs 2 if defender C chases you.
