Time: 10 Minutes
Set Up:
-Same grid but players staggered into two teams on each side.
Exercise:
-P1 brings ball into grid and gets pressed by blue.
-P1 aims to pass ball into P2.
-If succesful next blue presses and P2 aims to pass to P3.
-If sucessful P3 is 1v1 v Blue to get ball over line under control to score.
-If a score or misplaced pass out of grid play starts with blue at opposite end.
-If intercepted and can carry on can counter attack.
Key Points:
-Making good angles for the passes early.

Time: 20 Minutes
Set Up:
-Same grid size with central zone.
-Players split into pairs with 4 in each zone.
-Players set in central zone are defenders.
Exercise:
-Coach serves ball into one of the end zones and the pairs in that group play possession football.
-Two defenders go into that zone and press and aim to win the ball.
-If players in possession play 3 succesful passes then they play ball to the group in opposite grid.
-They perform same action then with other two defenders steop in and defend as same.
-If any defensive pair win the ball they swap places with pair who lost possession.

Time: 15 Minutes
Set Up:
-Pitch as big as possible.
-Players split into two teams with 6 outfiled players.
-Reds have two CB, 2 FB, 1 MC and 1 CF.
-Blue have twp MC, 2 W, 10 and a CF.
Exercise
-Play 6v6 plus GK game for final phase of session.

-Interconnected grids of 10x10 overall area 40x20 with extra 5 for gaps.
-Players split into groups of 3.
Exercise:
-In each grid the following grid plays out.
-P1 passes to P2.
-P2 lays off ball to P1 who moves forward.
-P2 moves to P1 position.
-P1 plays pass to P3 and moves to P2 position.
-P3 then performs same sequence with P2.
