12 players. 4 groups of 3. (numbers vary on number of players)
1 feeder, 1 heading player and 1 collector.
Pitch dimensions 40M X 40M split into 4 10M X 10M grids. each grid will have 1 goal and a 3M X 3M grid behind it.
The feeder will serve the ball into the player heading the ball. The aim for the player heading the ball will be to head the ball over the goal and into the small zone. This will be done by producing a defensive header. Each player will rotate stations in their grid in order to have a go of every position. PROGRESSION: same set up, this time the player heading the ball will have to produce an attacking header downwards and into the goal. Use of small cones in either side of the goal can help with more accuracy.

THE SESSION: Technical Station 1
RWB
1) Two lines of players, each have a ball, the two front players in each line start by running with the ball to the red cone and around to join the back of the opposite line.
The next two players start once the first player passes the red cone.
2) Now two balls, whilst RWB can the player pass to the next player in line through the gates
3) After the pass now run around the red cone as shown in the diagram and look to catch the player in front who is RWB

Check To Game:
1 minute rounds with 1 player on offense and 1 defending
The play on Offensive "checks" back and forth trying to lose "shake" the defender to receive a ball from the target player on either side.
1 point is awarded for every ball received and played back to the target. The target player on both sides keep thier individual scores. At the end of the 1 minute the players inside switch roles, points are added up the new player on offense trys to beat that score.
Notes;
Target Players only play the ball when the offensive players asks for it.
No point is given if the defensive player blocks the pass or intercepts it.
Play continues for 1 minute on offense and 1 minute for defense.

THE SESSION: Possession with 3 teams. The defending teams must have a bib before they can defend. The other 2 teams try to keep possession. Once the defending team wins the ball or forces it out of play they drop the bibs and transition to offense while the team that lost the ball picks up a bibs and transitions to defense.

THE SESSION: 18 Yard Game
The session is setup in the 18 yard are with 3 teams. Two teams are in the 18 yard box with the 3 rd as target players on the outside of the 18. Once (1) of the teams gains possession of the ball they must play it to a target player on the out sideout to be on offense. Target player on ly play to the color that plays to them. Once on offense the objective is to score. The team on defense trys to when the ball. If they win it the pass to a target to be on offense. On a goal, save by the GK or out of play the coach plays a new ball in and says who starts on offense. The game goes for 3 minutes with the winning team staying on and the target team stepping in to play. The losing team becomes the target players.
PROGRESSIONS:
You can allow target players to shoot from outside if the defending team does not close the gap
