Team Function: pattern of play out the back
Duration: 30 mins 10 mins on each side of field final 10 with the defending team addded
Objectives: build out of the back while switching the play
Emphasis: spaced out enough for a half switch to get to the other side
Coaching Points: spacing body shape when recieving good first touch accurater pass
Organization:
Equipment: balls pinnies cones
Goals: switching the play to get out of our half
Instructions: Ball starts with the keeper who will roll the ball to the full back full back will play his sides central midfielder who will recieve on a half turn and play the other central mid before he plays to his side winger who plays to the striker striker then dribbles and shoots on goal.
