One team starts passing the ball across to the other team. The objective is for either team to score in the small goals, but they must dribble or pass through the blue gate prior to going to the small goal. They also must score in the small goal of the gate that they dribbled/passed through. If the defending team wins the ball, they try to score the same way. Switch sides and split time in half, so they each have an opportunity to start out as the attacking team.
Coaching Points
- Are we looking to pass to teammate in to the space they are trying to move?
- Playing with our head up to make good decisions.
- Can we get both defenders to commit to defending gate/goal and attack the other gate with a penetrating pass.

Either team can score in either goal for a point. 1 team starts exercise by playing the ball across to the other team.
Coaching Points:
- How can we get our teammate open with time to pass in to the small goal?
- Where can we move to put ourselves in a dangerous situation to receive the ball?
- Attack the goal that they defenders are not taking away.

Unstructured Game
Important that the players stick to positions and don't gravitate to the ball. Explain the roles of each positions and allow the players to play a variety of positions. Try our best to use eimple wording, so the players can best understand the roles.

Warm-Up (Rondo)
1 Defender holds penny in hand and rotates with player that they steal the ball from. If the outside players get 7 consecutive passes the person in the middle has an extra turn. Coach can join in and play with the players to help with understanding of the game.
You can add restrictions in to the game like 1 touch, can't play a player next to you, etc. to make the game for fun/challenging.
Good opportunity to lead them through a stretch as well.
