Method: 2v2+2 2 Reds - 2 Blues - 2 yellows 4v2 in possession , team that loses the ball becomes the 2 against 4 ,,, Red Blue v Yellow to start say Red gives possession away the games becomes Blue Yellow v Red
Coaching Points: Possession make the square big - Movement off the ball find pockets of space - Good body shape and passing and communication between players .
out of possession - works as a pair - angles of distance - good pressure on any poor touch - Be patient .

Method: A simple set of 2v2+2 games , played in short bursts of 3 to 4 mins then rotate players . Can be played as either possession based or with small goals. 20x20 area to start increase and decrease as needed.
Coaching Points: Encourage the support players to move along the lines making good angles to receive - Challenge the players inside the grid to make correct decisions , scanning , body shape and being vocal are key.
Game 1 Possession Based , Reds and blues played opposite ways keeping possession , to progress we can use all 4 players outside to keep possession making it 2v2+4
