P: Can only score from your defensive half
P: You can only score by striking ball in the air ( chip or lofted)
P: Use 2 Pugg nets and 1 cone with ball or 2 Cones
P: You can only score in pugg net from your defensive third

Regressions:
R1.Use Pugg nets on each side. When team scores, flip the goal. First to hit all targets wins.
R2.Use 2 Pugg nets and 1 cone with ball
R3. Players can go into central zone to score but defenders can defend

Main Activity (20 mins)
Organization:
- 30x20 field ( Can be split to two fields if 12-15 players)
- 3-4 cones with a ball on top used as goals
- 1 ball per team to start
Instructions:
-Each team defends/attacks the 'coconuts'
-Coach plays ball in to team. Objective is to knock the opponents ball of their cone.
-First team to hit all targets wins
Coaching Points:
-Non-kicking foot placed on the side of the ball pointing at the target
-Head up observe target
: use inside surface of kicking foot, heel down, toe up
-Strike through the middle of the ball
-Encourage quick first touch and remind them of the direction of the prep touch
Progressions:
1. You may send one player into the opposite zone to steal the ball and bring back to your zone
2. Last coconut must be out of the air ( chip or lofted)
Regressions:
1.Add in more balls ( up to one per player)
2.Add another target ( coconut)
