Y Passing Pattern
Set-up: Cones set in "Y" pattern 12 yards from start and 15 yards from center with 3 yard gate.
Organization: 4-6 players in each pattern with 2-3 balls. 3 minutes per activity.
Activity starts with check away from B. C must also create space away from cone.
Activity 1: A passes to B. B passes to C. C receives behind cone. C passes to D. Follow your pass
Activity 2: A passes to B. B sets A. A passes to C. C receives behind cone. C passes to C. Same rotation as Activity 1.
Activity 3: A passes to B. B sets A. A passes to C. C walls with B. C passes to D.

Functional Transition to Attack
Set-up: Half Field
Organization: 3 Red Defenders + GK & 1 Midfield. 6 Attacking Blue (4 Midfielders, 2 Strikers)
Activity: Red possess the ball around the back. On coach command play into Red midfielder. As soon as ball is played, coach plays a new ball to an attacking player who go 6v4 to big goal. Red defender cannot defend.
Progression: Add a Red #6

Must be done at speed! Find the gaps to penetrate. Create space for teammates.

Shooting Game - 4v4+1
Game is played 4v4+1 with extra players off. Player is replaced on a shot that misses the target or loss of possession.
Progression 1: Shoot anytime
Progression 2: Shot after 4 passes, broken line or combination
Progression 3: 1v1 with goalkeeper after 4 passes, broken line or combination

Step 9: 4 x 8 minutes with 2 minutes rest
Condition 1: No restrictions
Condition 2: 2 touch maximum
Condition 3: 1 touch finishing
Condition 4: No restrictions
All players across restraining line to score. Restraining line for off-side.
