Unopposed Practice (25 mins)
As part of the beginning of the session, each team has a ball and is allowed to play directional by playing through the middle third at tempo to allow succession of the midfielders to find space and turn to play in each direction.
By doing this, this will allow players to get used to positional numbers and practice moving the ball through the thirds.
(1) Can the the centre halves link in play to find the central midfielders.
(2) Can the midfielders find space and sucessfully turn early to link play with centre forwards or centre halves.
(3) Can centre forward find space to be able to bounce play back into the midfield ( senario - can you bounce play with midfielders like you cannot turn to score ).
Move onto next progression.
