Up back and through passing pattern
Player who starts the pattern will combine with the person on the outside, they will perform a bounce pass, as the ball is returned the pass will go through the gates to the opposite line.
The player that passes through the gate will then move to the spare cone to perform the same actions on the opposite side.
Consider weight of pass, direction of pass, Ball speed, can it be played first time or is a touch needed?
Movement- Safe side, Back foot?

Possession practise where players will look to keep the ball with their target players

Players inside will look to make movements to break free to get the ball to the other side.
Players inside the area should look not to play on the same line to create space

Out of possession players should look to press and cover and prevent passes splitting them. But also look for golden moments when to steal the ball.

Progression:-

-Players on the outside can rotate with a player on the inside

-Players on the outside must play on limited touches to speed the game up
- 1 point if the ball successfully makes it one side to the other

-Ball can be played directly across one outside player to the other but cannot be returned

Regression:-

-Players on the outside cannot be tackled
