Organisation
- After CF shoots, ball starts with either WF who must create a yard, shifting the ball, to cross the ball into the CF who is now in the attacking box.
- Defender can retreat
- Same rules apply in the wide area, FB cannot step over the dashed line and must look to block/prevent the cross.
Points System
- Attackers - On target = 1 Goal = 2
- WF - Cross delivered = 1 Goal = 2
- DEF - Block = 1

- 4 x 4 minute blocks

- Two teams - normal game rules apply.
- Team are encouraged to utilise each setup to create opportunities to enagge defenders and take shooting opportunitiies in 1v1s.
- Block 1 & 2 - Shift & Score/Shift & Cross
- Block 3 & 4 - Worldie Goals - Goals can be scored from anywhere on the pitch.
Timings
- 3x6 minute blocks
- 2 minute interventions

Individual Challenges (Forwards)
- Can you create half a yard to get your shot off or cross off?
- Can you dominate your opponent in a 1v1 situation?
- Can you recognise opportunities to break the line and beat your opponent?
Organisation
- Ball starts with CF (Blue) who must beat the orange defender in 1v1. Defender cannot step over the coned line.
Points System
- Attackers - On target = 1 Goal = 2
- WF - Cross delivered = 1 Goal = 2
- DEF - Block = 1
