2 – In and out using weak foot
3 – In and out using both feet
4 – sole “drag†across
5 – In and out using outside of foot only

Quick passing with a give-and-go and a double pass
The sequence starts with short passes back and forth and then a long pass. Then it is a give
and go and long pass. Follow pass to next spot.
