Structure:
B starts and runs around the cones. A (player or coach) passes the ball to B just past the last cone. B must start by only using fh one touch shot. Exercise is easier from the right hand side.
Pointers:
Prepare back Swing at last cone. Good footwork, taking small steps, bring body in optimal stroke position relative to ball. Bh shot on left and fh on the right. Good footwork makes it easier.
Variation:
- First start only on the right with fh hit.
+ Make short distance between A and B (the ball comes faster for B)

Structure:
A passes to B who receives the ball open. B drives towards the baseline and cuts inside the circle. C makes a lead deap into the circle, shows hit stick to fake the defender and then makes a burst back inside. B passes to C who first time hits at goals. Setup 3 exercises, 6 players per exercise. Rotations = A-B-C-A.
Pointers:
C has to sell the defender with his lead.
C can either sweep the ball at goals or hits off his right foot.
Hands together and lower down on stick to enable shorter backswing for the hit.
Quick shooting action.
As a progression, B can make a lifted pass for C to bunt hit at goals.
Hands apart, short backswing and short follow through.
