Set Up and Rules:
1) Two teams of 3 players with GK
2) 30x20 yards
3) Three counter goals for the defending team
4) Extra balls are placed between counter goals
5) If a goal is scored, the attacking team retrives a new ball
6) Defending team goals count in counter goals
7) After all the balls are used or when three minutes are up, start a new game and reverse roles of teams
8) Play 2-3 minute games
9) 45-60 second rests
10) Switch teams
Variations:
1) Goals must be scored one touch
2) Goals scored by defenders in counter goals are worth 2 points
3) Limit Touches
