Organization: 1. 40 x 40 yard area divided into 4 – 10 x10
yard squares, set up as shown
2. 4 teams, 1 per square 3. 1 ball per team
Instructions: 1. Each player in a team is given a number 1 to 4
2. Teams pass their ball inside their assigned square
3. The Coach calls out a number that player must move to the next square (clockwise) to become a defender – 3v1 4. The team that can possess their ball the longest wins the point 5. The first team to five points is the winner
Coaching Points: 1. Accuracy of pass 2. Weight of pass
3. Movement to create passing angles 4. Combinations with 1 and 2 touches
5. Using 1st touch to move away from pressure

Organization: 1. Two 20 x 30 yard areas as shown 2. Two teams of 6 players 3. Lots of soccer balls with coach
Instructions: 1. The Coach passes a ball into each area, teams send two players into opposing half to play 4 v 2
2. Defending players attempt to steal ball and return it to their own area
3. If successful, play 6 v 2 with 2 soccer balls for as long as possible
4. Attacking team scores points for every pass completed when both soccer balls are in their own area
Coaching Points: 1. Speed of play
2. Importance of using 1st touch to move away from pressure
3. Keep the ball moving
4. Awareness of space
5. Combination play to keep defenders moving and unbalanced

Instructions: 1. Point is scored when pass is made from the field, and received by teammate in end zone.
Coaching Points: Weight of pass - Accuracy of pass -strike center of the ball to keep ball on the ground and receivable for teammate.

Instructions: 1. The gam e is to use a passing technique to hit the player below knee height
2. O ne player starts the gam e off w ith a ball; they are trying to pass the ball at a player w ithout the ball
3. If the player w ith the ball is successful in passing the ball at the player then the player hit collects a ball and helps
to capture the rest of the group
4. W hen there is one player rem aining w ithout a ball, start the gam e over w ith that player now trying to pass the ball
at those w ithout a soccer ball
5. M ake sure the players passing all w ear a pinnie so players can tell the difference
