3 + 3 v 3 game where the idea is to retain possession and try and switch to the other team. If the middle team wins the ball 3 times they switch and one of the possession teams becomes the defenders.
Progression: after a switch and before receiving the ball back players look to rotate their positions. Shown in red dotted lines.

Outside team plus 3 neutrals (green) try to keep possession against inside team. If inside team wins the ball then they transition to outside team and outside team becomes inside team.

Triangle Passing Warm Up (10 mins)
1st: Wall pass on right of triangle then go to left and wall pass on left
2nd: receive pass on right foot (inside) pull across body then pass with left; receive with left (inside) pull across and pass with right.
3rd: Receive pass on right foot (outside) push across then pass with left; receive with left foot (outside) push across then pass with right
4th: Receive pass on right foot (sole) drag acroos then pass with left; receive with left foot (sole) drag across then pass with right
5th: Receive on 1/4 turn, dribble across, pull back turn pass back; stay receive on 1/4 turn, dribble across, pull back turn pass back.
