Blue plays a pass into Black (This is a focus- Make sure each pass in is quality). Black Receives and then 1v1.
Blue- Firm Pass with good technique. Close down fast and quick feet. Force one direction. If they win the ball they can go to goal. (F0cus on the defending aspect)
Black- Receive , Go to goal quick, perform skill if needed. Progressions- 1- receive and then travel. 2. Travel with first touch.
Agility/Technical Warm Up (20 mins)
A- Player steps out to pass and then goes back to the same line. (can change how the player must return to line i.e. back pedal, shuffle)
B- Player steps out to pass and then follows their pass (switch lines). Add a movement across (i.e. run, high knees, shuffle, etc)
**I wouldnt want more than 3-4 per line, this way each player gets repetition**
Focus- Technique of the pass (toe up, heel down, push through, Keep a firm foot) Technique in receiving (same as the pass but cushion the ball in to control in front)
