Instructions:
1. One team attacks first
2. Defender begins with ball and passes across to attacker who dribbles towards defender and attempts to beat him with a move
3. Attacking player scores point by getting into gates.
4. If defending player wins the ball, they attempt to score by shooting into goals
5. After 1 min, teams switch sides and roles (defending to attacking & vice versa)
Coaching Points:
1. Dribble towards defender at speed
2. Timing of move
3. Accelerate past defender into open space (Shut the door)
4. Be creative while attempting to beat defender
5. Attempt moves previously worked on if possible

-Not allowed to pass ball forward.
Coaching Points/Questions:
-Attacking/creative mentality - Try to take players on via the dribble.
-Timing of move (where on the field can I use a certain move?, Why?)
-Keep eyes up when in possession - to see space and make next decision.
