Groups of 4 - 1 Ball (60 seconds for each pair - inside and outside)
A: 2-touch passing; central players check away to create space (mimicks fropping to recieve pass (progress to 1-touch if players up for it)
B: Bowling and sling-throw on long pass. Still check away to create space.
CPs
-Quality, weight, and accuracy of pass
-playing the correct foot (back foot/front foot)
-Communication: Visual and verbal asking for the ball w/mouth and hands
-Bowling and sling throw techniuqe, make sure we are bending knees and step into the bowl/throw

Groups of 6: 6 Reps [3 Reps Per Side]
Two GKs Working in Front of Mannequin facing the server wide, they deal w/prescribed service for handling and then drop step to get around the back fo the mannequin and then attack the ball at the gate based on visual cues.
A: Scoop/front smother, then based on which color gk is in front they freeball breakaway save the ball the gate. Foot race against other GK.
B: Contour Catch and same as above.
C: Low Collapse Dive, now top servers attack a gate as well, but allow GK to get there. GK can win or smother.
D: Mid Range Collapse Dive, Top Servers can attack ball: GK must get into a stalking position quickly and protect gate.

GK goes 4 times then rotates: 2 Rounds Each then Progress
Red cones or Coach can shoot immediately or play into a white manneuqin which forces GK to attack the ball in 1v1.
A. IF ball is played into white manneuqins they must go to goal in two or more touches solo.
B. Central white manneuqin may bounce the ball, but wide ones must still go to goal alone.
C. No restrictions, as game realistic as possilbe: sans defenders.

-Reading the visual cues of the shooter
-Steal ground when the ball moves forward, drop tighter when the ball bounces negative.
-Ball line and vertical positioning is crucial
-Keeper Call
-Decision making for type of technique to use based on the ball.

6 Minute Games
2v2; Exit to the Left and Enter to Right (If Scored on two new GKs come on. If shooter misses a new GK replaces them)
-All restarts begin in the center red cone.
-Soccer Out of Bounds rules apply, but restart begins in the center
-Attacking team cannot use hands until defending team gains possession of the ball with hands.
-All goals scored count, even if a deflection/rebound that goes into the goal of attacking team.
-NO bowling or self passes. Once save is made, put the ball on the ground and play from spot.
