1v1 Skill Intro Progression (20 mins)
Two teams of 6.
Large area 30x20, smaller square in the middle 10x10. Each corner has a zone with a goal at the front.
One team is team A the other is team B. Both teams of players dribble the ball in the middle area until the coach shouts out either 1 or 2. At that point the players must dribble the ball into the designated area. So if the coach shouts "1" then team A must run with their ball to area 1A and team B must run their ball into area 1B. The last person to have control of their ball in each zone then goes 1 v 1 against each other by running around the nearest red cone and play a ball served in by the coach. Play until someone scores, winner stays on. Keep this going until two players are left for a GF.

1v1 Main (15 mins)
30x20 field - 6 v 6
Two normal goals on each end, one coned goal in the middle on each end. Score 1 goal by scoring in the normal goals, score 2 by dribbling the ball through the coned middle goal.
Players can pass backwards at any point, but can only pass forwards after taking on an opposition player 1 v 1
