Warm Up (5 mins)

10-16 players,Short Lines Cones 35 yeards appart, a third set half way. use the with of the 18 yaerd box.

Dynamic movement and stretching with added Sprintting.Players will exibit the movement in the first Area, and jog to the other side of the grid. Quick feet, side shuffel, Kareokee, skips. Lunges, Open and Close the gate, High knees, Kick backs. Running, Drop and Run, Drop roll and Run,

Gates (15 mins)

Warm Up: Gates 5min

Running with out the Ball, Dynamic Strech.

Side shuffell, Kareoke, High knees, back kicks, Skips, lunges, Open and Close the gate.

Pick up a Ball in Hands each player runs through as many gates in 30 sec.

Second: Ball in Hands Players run through as many Gates in 1 min.

Third: Ball at the Feet, Dribble through as many games in 30 Sec.

Fourth: Dribbling through as many gates in 1 min.

Progress to send Slide: Dribble to each gate, perform a Drag back and then proceed to another gate. How many can they do in 1 min.

Feint (15 mins)

This is an opportunity for the players to pratice their Feints, The Three we want to practice,

First. The Drop of the Shoulder.take a large step with the (right) from the right leg push off in the opposite direction with the outside of the other foot.

Second, Step behind the ball same foot we stop benind the ball take it way with out side of the foot.

Blind Feint: Back to the Gate, after traveling though the gate this time the players stop, back to the defender, fake the move to the left with the righ foot, step over the ball and turn pussing the ball with the outside of the right foot.

All skills, First step is a walk though, mid pace, full pace. After mid and Full pace look for acceleration.

SSG 1 (15 mins)

15 Min, 12 players, 4 nets, two games

Small Side Game, 3v3 or 4v4,

Goalies in net if Applicable.

Staright Game uning the two mini fields. 15 Min game.

Key Points, take the space infront, in a one v one can they use the Feint's

Focus, look to encourage the Players to spread out and upport off the ball, giving the player on the ball better options.

One V One (10 mins)

Start with 1v1, Once through the Gates successfully Plays must put the ball in the mini goals

Once it is clear that there is limited sucess add a second attacher,

If the defence wins the ball they can score in the Mini goals.

Using the whole area Splitt the Group in to two Groups 7, Red with Goalie is tring to score in the Pop up nets. Blue is trying to score against the goalie. two goalies

Depending on number Two nautral players can be activated

Let the teams Play, looking for team to create scoring opportunities and good striking technique.
