One white player will enter the area and try win the ball 3v1. Objective for the blues is to move the ball to the other side of the area. As shown in exercise, one blue from the other square can enter the middle area and be a link player to get the ball to the other square. The blue team currently keeping possession can a) find the link player to get the ball across to other side or b) directly get the ball into other square

 

Rule: players need 4 passes before moving ball to opposite side. Ball is allowed to be played in the air

 

Progressions can be to put restrictions on this e.g. ball can only be played on ground or players need 6 passes before moving ball to opposite side etc

 

Swap the defending team in the middle after a certain time period
