Set Up
Two 10x10yd squares, 20yds apart
3v1 in left square, 1v1 in right square
Instructions
Start: coach passes to red in 3v1 square
Red must make minimum 3 consecutive passes
Opp. red then drops in between squares to receive pass to feet
2/3 reds must sprint to join the opp. red & create a 3v1 in that square
Defenders are limited to their square
This continues for 3-4min., then rotate defenders
Pass to target = 1pt
Defender wins ball & passes to teammate = 1pt
Progression:
Allow defenders to follow target player out of the square

4 reds v 2 blues
Red = CM + AM + W + ST
Blue = CB + CB
red cones = offside line
Instructions
Start: coach passes to CM, who has 2 touches to gain the attacking zone (white line to goal line)
Red then tries to score =1pt
Blue wins it + passes to coach = 1pt.
5 attempts from right / 5 from left (approx. 6min), then rotate defenders
Progression:
Last defender = offside line

Instructions
Players dribble + pass to an open player, then complete 10sec. of the following exercises:
- partner shuffle
- shoulder bump
- squat jumps
- heiden jumps
- bounding
- sprint 10 + back 5
(alternating between 1min. of each exercise & 1min. player's choice dynamic stretch)
then, complete 3 sets of:
- plank x15sec
- side plank x15sec/
