Pass in pairs (15 mins)
Players pair up and pass between each other at varying distances. Allows the chance to practice the different types of pass and speed and weight of the pass

Find a friend (15 mins)
Teams split into two within the grid with two of each team in opposite corners as shown. The aim of the practice is to keep the ball and try to pass to the team mate in the corners. If possession is lost then the other team try to do the same.

Players start from the safe zone inside the circle and try to break out from it to run around an outer cone and then back without being 'tagged'. If any player is tagged then they also become a 'tagger'. Move on to incorporate the footballs and trying to pass into a pop up goal without being tagged.
