Method: 18 PLAYERS , Two games of 3v3+3 so 6v3 in possession , 3 mins pre game can also be played as 4v4+4 8v4 in possession . Rondo Possession based . if we have 19 or 20 Players we can add a different coloured bibbed player who plays as a floater for the team in possession only rule applied is that player only has 2 touches.

Coaching Points:

IN POSSESSION # Create and exploit overloads ,use numerical advantage , Find space , Movement off the ball, good passing open body to receive scanning and communication.

OUT OF POSSESSION # Recognise opposition movement, Press quickly, Protect central areas ,work as a team .

Method: Depending on numbers this possession based game can be played like above 24 player 6v6+6+6 or 18 players 6v6+6, progressing onto scoring off end players 3+min games switch teams in and out.

With say 24 Players, Players can only pass out to same colors on outside , if we have extra players they go as floaters on two touch only. scoring team keeps possession playing from either their keeper of coach.

With say 18 Player its 3 + Different colours RED BLUE YELLOW 6V6+6 again its 3+mins a game progressing onto scoring off end players winning team stays on.

Coaching Points: 1st part same points as 3v3+3 ~ 2nd part Goals win games so forward thinking mentality , forward passes if possible ,receive on half turn facing opponents goal , Timing of runs , good lay offs from end line ,hit the target.

Animation 1st part possession then it will show lay offs to score .
