Passing Activity:
Organization: 5 players, three balls, 10 x 10 marked by cones, 4 players on the outside, ONLY 3 w/ a ball, inside player moves to recieve
Instruction:
1. Inside players moves to receive ball from outside player and passes to open player, repeats
2. 1-2 touch with outside player, passes on one side of cone and receives and turns to play to open player
3. Pass, Overlap, Receive and play to open player

Organization: 6 v 6 + 4 or 4 v 4 + 4 bumpers, two goals back to back at half
Instruction: Teams play w/ bumpers to score on goal by transitioning to the opposite field. Ball must be played to opposite end bumper before crossing half. When defensive team wins ball, use sideline bumpers to transition ball to other side.
*Coach feeds ball into game after a goal is scored.
Progression: Bumpers receive ball, can now join on the field. Passer switches place w/ exiting bumper.
Coaching Points: Movement off the ball, passing technique, speed of play, weight of pass, communication, decision making

Warm-up (30 mins)
Warm-up:
- Line running w/ dynamic stretches
Conditioning:
- 4 laps w/ ball around field
- Squats > sit-ups w/ ball > push-ups on ball (1 minute intervals, 3 times)
- Race w/ ball over head there and back
- Dribble w/ ball > pass to next in line
Organization: 30 x 50 area, divide players into 2 groups. One team will be dribbling performing "moves" while other team will be passing the ball between each other.
Instruction: Team dribbling the ball will do Coerver moves and skill work, while the pink team looks to complete passes. Switch roles after 2-3 minutes.
Progression: Black team tries to intercept ball from the other team, but they must be dribbling.
Coaching Points: Angle of support for passing team. Head up while dribbling.
