Organization:
Attackers one ball per playe
Two mini goals.
Two defenders.
Instructions:
Attackers dribble ball within area.
- Two defenders look to steal ball from attackers and score on mini goals/gates for one point.
- If ball is stolen, attackers can look to steal back from defender until goal is scored. Once goal is scored attacker collects ball and completes 10 toe taps at side of field before rejoining the area.
- 90 second round then change roles.
Coaching Points/Questions
Switch feet depending on angle of defenders pressure.
- Identify opportunities to break away from pressure - type of touch required?
- How can you prevent the defender recovering and stealing the ball?

Look around do you have the option to take on your defender, or do you need to protect the ball?
Low body shape, with arm out to feel for the defender.
Keep your body between the defender and the ball, with the foot furthest away from the defender in contact with the ball.
