Conditioned Game 1 - Man to Man Marking - 20 mins
Organisation
4v4 game - each player can tackle or be tackled by ONE opponent only. Interceptions are allowed.

Conditioned Game 2 - 4 Vertical zones - 20 mins
Organisation
4v4 on a 40x40yd field spilt vertically into four vertical zones. Players can swap zones but there must be one player of each team in each zone. This should result in many 1v1 situations.
Coaching Points
- Pressure on the ball - quick then slow up, adjust feet
- Force players wide using correct body shape (body between the ball and goal)
