2v1+2 Bumpers (15 mins)
Organization:
- 2v1 in the middle with 2 bumpers, 4v1 total
- Target A starts with 5 balls
- Goal is to get all 5 balls successfully transferred to target B in shortest amount of time
- A cannot play straight to B
- If defender wins ball they can hold it to kill time
- If a ball is played out it is returned to target A because it hasn't been transferred successfully
Progression/Adaptation:
- Field size at coach's discretion
- Each central player must touch the ball
- Cannot play back to Target A
- Central players must receive ball back from target B and dribble line
