The players are split into 2 squares and play 4 v 1 to begin. The players are conditioned to 2 touches maximum but are encouraged to play 1 touch as often as possible. If possession is gained by the defender they rotate position with the player who lost possession.
To progress remove one of the players from the central line and add in an extra defender per zone. This then becomes a 3/4 v 2 in each area. The players are able to take as many touches as they wish but encouraged to move the ball as quickly and safely as possible. Once 2 passes have been made in one square the aim is to transfer the ball to the opposite square. The central player plays between both pitches.
Again, if possession is lost then the defender rotates. To restart the game the ball is switched to the opposite area as quickly as possible.

The pitch is split into 3 tight areas. The players are split into 3v3 in CMs and 2 ST vs 1 DF at one end. To begin, the GK rolls out to a Blue CM (who can drop into their own third unopposed if needed), they must link 2 passes in midfield before the ball can be played into their strikers. Once the ball is in the final third both teams can enter this zone. This will encourage quick finishing and there is a 2 touch finish condition.
For the Red team to score they must link 2 passes in total before a through ball can be played into the final third. Once the ball is in this zone all other players can support/recover.
Rotate roles/conditions.
To finish the players will play a scenario game. The game is 6 (Leicester) v 5 (Swansea) and the scenario is that Swansea are 1-0 up and have had a player sent off. Leicester must win to win the Premier League.

The players are split into 4 teams of 3. Each pitch has a small goal at each end and the conditions are 3 touch maximum and if a goal is scored with a 1 touch finish it is worth 3 goals instead of 1. Offsides are played from the half way line.
