Area 25x25 - This are should be adjusted depending on ability and age.
Player 3 recieves the ball.
Player 3 then passes to player 4 in the end gate
Player 4 brings the ball into play and player 3 transitions out to the end gate
The objective for the white team now is to get the ball to player 5 in the opposite gate.
If the orange team win the ball they start the same process.
