Organization:
15x15 square. 2 teams. Balls on each side
Instructions:
Intro: 1 player per team in the middle of the square, other two players on the outsides. Players pass ball to teammates and follow their pass. Progress to double pass. Team with the most connected passes after 2 minutes wins. Players are allowed to move along the outsides
Main: Passing pattern: short short long (only player in the middle is working). 2 minutes per round so every player can be in the middle.
Coaching Points/Questions:
When should you pass the ball?
How can we make sure my teammate will receive the ball without hitting somebody else?
Pass with correct tempo
Check surroundings (head up)
Communicate with teammates
move along the sideline to be an easier target for middle player
Regressions/Progressions:
P: Players still try to connect passes but can actively try to intercept passes to set back opponents score to zero. (no stealing & kicking away)

15x20 rectangel.
Instructions:
Plaers play 2v2 + 2 neutrals (1 on the field , 1 on the side). Connect 5 passes for a point. Only then players are allowed to score in opponents goal for an extra point. switch neutrals every 5 minutes.
Coaching Points/Questions:
Find an open position after you passed the ball
Release ball quickly
Use neutrals
Regressions/Progressions:
R: Regular game but goal is worth the amount of passes connected before scoring on goal (max 5)
P: connect 8 passes before going to goal.

Passing Gates
Organization:
15x15y square. Passing Gates. 3 teams of 2.
Instructions:
Every Player needs a partner. Pass through as many gates as possible in 90 seconds, 1 point for every pass received. Can't pass through the same gate twice in a row. Every player will play with every other player once. Ergo we will have 5 rounds in total.

What surface of the foot are you using to pass the ball?
What do you do after you've released the ball?
