Screen 1 (15 mins)

  • Four cones and three players are involved in the activity of receiving and passing. Each player is required to pass the ball to anyone within their rhombus-shaped area. Following the pass, a player must promptly locate an empty space to switch positions.

1st: PLayer must pass to the other side in order for the other player to receive ball.

2nd: After the first pass , the player must run towards oppostitive direction in order to receive the next pass from the next player.
