Organization:
Use same set up as previous activity
Players divided into 3 groups, each group in a channel
Instructions:
• Upon eye-contact and air high five first players in line dribble out to the central tall cone,
• When they reach the cone, they are to perfrom the specified move
• After passing the cone they should take ronaldo touches to get back to their line
Coaching Points:

Organization:
-10 x 30 yard area (red cones) with starting gate in tall orange cones
-5 yard area around, two sides and back of red zone (blue cones)
-Each attacking player now has a ball
Instructions:
• Defenders can only move side to side on their line
• Rules remain the same, defenders are now trying to steal the ball.
• If an attackers ball is stolen they must retreive their ball and enter the blue zone
• To get back to the starting gate they must take Ronaldo touches.
• If defenders steal the ball, they try to score in any of the pug goals.

3v3 on two fields if possible
Instructions:
Formation: 1-2, to maximize 1v1 confrontations. Encourage players to recognize and exploit 1v1 situations using learning outcomes from the first 3 weeks to take players on, encourage players who have th confidence to take players on in 1v1 situations.
Coaching Points:
1) Emphasize learning outcomes from the first three sessions
2) Recognizing moments to penetrate
3) Creating traingle as big as possible (width/length/depth) to help create gaps to penetrate

Organization:

Instructions:
Defenders can only move laterally between their two red cones, they are trying to pull the pinnie from the shorts of the attacker. Who is trying to get through the gauntlet, passing all three defenders. The next attacker may enter the gauntlet once the player in front of them clears the first defensive line. If an attacker gets their pinnie pulled out they must pick it up and go into the blue zone to put their pinnie back in their shorts, they then use the side channel to run back as fast as they can to get to the starting gate. Players get 1 point for each defender they are able get by, for 3 points if they get to the end. Defenders get a point for each pinnie they pull.
Coaching Points:
1) Finding the open space, identify where the defender is and try to use the open space
2) change your pace and direction to fool a defender
3) imrprovise---Can you think of a great way to bet the defender?
4) Drop shoulder and change pace to wrong foot defender.
