Session Aims:
Can team look to build out from the back and find a neutral player?
Instructions:
Ball starts with a keeper. Defenders look to play out and find one of the neutral player.
When neutral player receives the ball they then play ball into attackers?
When ball gets played into Attackers neutral can then join the attack to make it a 3v2
Coaching Points:
Can we use the keeper to turn the 2v2 into a 3v2?
How can the neutral create the overload?
Can the neutral break the defensive line?
One team attacks- then the other team will get their turn to attack next
Progression:
If the other team win the ball back in defense they can then try and attack straight away
