1. 兩個人一組,一個足球,一個做盤帶護波,另一人給予適度壓力。

2. 教練吹哨子就互換位置。

3. 最後容許防守球員搶球,搶到後又被搶的球員做防守。

AIMS:

1. 提升肌肉溫度,動態伸展關節,

2. 刺激心肺功能及神經系統

3. 強肌肉對抗性

4. 選擇合理的動作護球(右腳帶球就左邊身做抵抗)
