Play A then runs to the blue cone to receive the ball.

SETUP
20 by 20 yard area. 4 players with a ball, they are the attackers. Player without a ball is the defender (wearing a bib).
ACTION
Attackers dribble while the defenders try to kick the attacker's balls out of the area.
When an attacker loses his/her ball they can stay in the area to combine with the other attackers to keep possession of as many balls as possible.
Time how long to get all balls out of the area.
Each player takes a turn as a defender.

Players in pairs.
Pairs must try to make as many passes to each other through as many gates as
they can in a set time period.
The player in possession must look up to see which gate their partner has run to.
The pair with the most gate passes in a set period of time are the winners.
