- Zaczynamy 1v1.

- Po pierwszym podaniu do któreś ze stref, Obrońca nie przechodzi, więc mamy 2v1.

- Po pierwszym przejściu, gdzie tworzy się sytuacja 2v1, przy pozostałych przejściach Obrońca i Napastnicy przechodzą, czyli mamy 3v2 i 4v3. Po wyściu z 4 kwadratu gramy 4v4 na całym polu i liczymy czas lub ilość podań.

Uczymy się jak podać piłkę do pilnowanego Zawodnika; jak grać "bez piłki"; jak wykorzystać przestrzeń do gry; poprawiamy komunikację werbalną i niewerbalną.

A Red can join the attack. The other 2 Reds behind the line can be available to play back and start again. Czerwony może wejść z piłką. Pozostała "2" muszą być pod grą za linią piłki.

Can always play the ball back. Keep Attacking Players in every zone across the field. Zawsze można podać piłkę do tyłu. Zawodnicy w ataku muszą zająć wszystkie strefy wszerz.
