Ball Mastery
Organization: Set up multiple boxes for each colour. Each player has a ball.
Procedure: Players will dribble listening for the coach to call out a colour. Once coach calls out colour, players will dribble in the box as fast as they can. Once the players understand, Coach can call out more than one colour and have them do a task in each square (toe taps, foundations etc) before moving to the next one.
Coaching Points: Keep ball close, Head up when dribbling through traffic
