Instructions:
sequence A first. pass and follow. two touch focusing on movement to receive (when, why, where, how), checking shoulder being aware of the space around you, first touch and which direction it should go, body position when to receive, communication.
Regressions/Progressions:
Sequence B is the progression.
-additionally, if we have enough players. C can be used, They will be there to receive on a half turn to play forward. They need to focus on their body position to receive and creating an angle to receive.

Instructions:
blue=DF.
red-ATT
Play into red attackers, who must break through the red gate and score in the goal.
to begin with, blues can't track beyond the red gate.
Can red's think forward and be forward. Attack with pace and determination. Aim to attack the space in begind the red gate. and finish in the goal.
Regressions/Progressions:
blue's can track beind red gate.
competition- if DF win the ball and can drible thorugh the red gate they get 2 point.s, if they win the ball they get 1 point. If attackers get into the space behind the red gate they get 1 point. If they score they get 2 points.
-create a 2v2 situation. joint both fields together.
